The Quran and the question of truth How to train>"
There are moments… when we stand before questions that have no end:
Why did Allah create us?
Why do we go through experiences that change us from deep inside?
And how do we apprehend the truth in a world filled with voices, opinions, and assumptions?
The Quran is not merely a book of rulings…
It is rather a school that trains the mind to apprehend existence with a different scale.
A scale that teaches you how to search for the truth… without fear.
And how to differentiate between what glitters… and what is true.
Allah Almighty says:
“Those who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are the people with understanding.” (Az-Zumar 18)
This verse is not merely an invitation to listen…
but is rather an invitation to think, to discern, to search for what is best.
It is as if it is telling you:
Make of your mind an open window, not a closed box.
When you walk with the Quran…
Your point of view on events changes.
You no longer consider hardship as mere harm…
nor blessings as mere ease.
Rather, you see that everything that happens does so for a purpose.
And that Allah is educating you through the moments you experience,
revealing wisdom to you gradually… step by step. The Quran trains the mind in patience,
and in trust,
and keeps one from being swept away by anything that is doubtful and by confusing noises.
It rearranges your thoughts…
and makes you see existence as Allah intended:
Clear… Straight… Full of meaning.
When you carry the Quran in your mind…
You see the truth without any effort,
and you see the path without confusion,
and your heart becomes even firmer than you ever imagined
