Fight only those who fight you

Fight in the way of Allah those who fight against you but do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors. (2: 190)

Women also have the right to inheritance

For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much – an obligatory share.
