Differentiation between people

In this world, some people are elevated because of their wealth.
Others are revered because of their looks or their color.
While those who own nothing are cast away.
But the Qur'an destroys this illusion... and builds a different foundation:
“O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and
made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another.
Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Aware. [Al-Hujurat: 13].
Your dignity is not to be found in your bank account.
Nor is it to be found in your fame...or in your family name.
Dignity in the sight of Allah is to be found in piety.
In piety that yields truthfulness...justice...mercy.
Just imagine that all people are known by this criterion alone...
A world without racism...without arrogance...without pride.
This is the call...it is not a call for a distant, ideal world...but a realistic call from Heaven,
So that you become human... before being anything else.
