The gates of the Paradise

The Holy Quran explains that in the Paradise there are different gates from which the believers enter.

Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ But those who feared their Lord will be driven to Paradise in groups until, when they reach it while its gates have been opened and its keepers say, "Peace be upon you; you have become pure; so enter it to abide eternally therein," [they will enter]. }

Quran ( 39:73 )

Narrated Sahl ibn Sa`d may Allah be pleased with him:

The Prophet ( may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him ) said,

"Paradise has eight gates, and one of them is called Ar-Raiyan through which none will enter but those who observe fasting."
