Allah tells us that on the Day of Resurrection the heavens will be folded - despite their great construction and their breadth - as the writer folds for the record, i.e. the paper on which he writes, so the stars will be scattered, the sun and the moon will be wrapped up [in darkness], and they will disappear from their places

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning  ) :

{  The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it.  }
