Moses is keen on seeking the knowledge

When Moses met Al-Khadir, may Allah exalt their mention, and knew that he has a special knowledge from Allah, he was keen on learning from him.

Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ Moses said to him, "May I follow you on [the condition] that you teach me from what you have been taught of sound judgement?"}

In the Holy Quran, Allah promised to raise the ranks of the scholars and those who strive to seek the knowledge Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do.} Quran ( 58 : 11 )

In the Quran, Allah described the knowledge as wisdom.
