{ Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do.}
Islam legislated noble teachings. It taught man to his fellow human beings and taught him not to violate the sanctity of the others. One of the most objectives of Islam is to preserve the honor. The Shari'a blocked all the excuses and methods that lead to dishonor people; Islam ordered women to wear the Hijab, ordered both men and women to lower the gaze and forbade all of them from seclusion.
Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :
Quran ( 24:30 )
{ And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way. }
Quran ( 14:32 ).
In order to preserve the women honor and dignity, Islam forbade touching a woman unless she is one`s wife.
