God ( Allah ) perfectly created people with no distinction because of their races

God ( Allah ) perfectly created all the creatures. One of the signs of his ability is that he created all people perfectly despite their different races.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay. }
