Allah swears to prove the resurrection

In the Qur’an Allah swears by Himself in three positions: Including this position, to prove the resurrection.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy."}

Allah revives the earth with rain after its death, so why to deny the resurrection?
