{ Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passed over them, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient. } Quran ( 57 : 16 )
Has it not come time for those who believed in Allah and His Messenger and followed his guidance, to soften their hearts when remembering Allah and hearing the Qur’an, and not to have cruel hearts like those who had been entrusted with the heavenly books before them and changed the word of God, therefore their hearts became cruel
Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :
