Ethics in the Quran

Ethics in the Quran

Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration (23)That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repentance. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.[Surat Al-Ahzab verse23:24]

And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily,[1] and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace,[Surat Al-Furqan verse:63]

And the retribution for an evil act is an evil one like it, but whoever pardons and makes reconciliation – his reward is [due] from Allah. Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers[Surat Al-Shura verse:40]
