What is the ruling of using the Asthma sprayer for the fasting person?

The correct view is that his fasting is not nullified because of using the Asthma sprayer because it evaporates and it does not reach the stomach. According to this view, the two sheikhs, Abd al-Aziz bin Baz and Muhammad ibn Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy on them, used to issue the fatwas according to this opinion.
