Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers

Allah commanded us to maintain the prayers, by performing them at their time, conditions, pillars, reverence, and all that is required and desirable.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle [i.e., ʿaṣr] prayer and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient. }
