Allah is the nearest one to you

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided. }

Quran ( 2 : 186 )

Having sincere intentions is a means of success

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { And their words were not but that they said, "Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people." Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." } Quran ( 23 : 97 – 98 )

Reflect upon the creation of Allah and keep your tongue moist out of remembering and supplicating him

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and give thought to the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying], "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire. }Quran ( 3 : 191 )
