As for he who gives and fears AllahAnd believes in the best [reward],We will ease him toward ease.But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of needAnd denies the best [reward],We will ease him toward difficulty.
And the retribution for an evil act is an evil one like it, but whoever pardons and makes reconciliation – his reward is [due] from Allah. Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers.
And do not walk upon the earth exultantly.Indeed, you will never tear the earth [apart], and you will never reach themountains in height.(37). All that [i.e., the aforementioned] – its evil is ever, in the sight of yourLord, detested
For them who have done good is the best [reward] – and extra. No darkness will cover their faces, nor humiliation. Those are companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally
Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration –That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repe...
