Why did Allah swear by the pen?

Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ Nun. By the pen and what they inscribe,}

Quran ( 68 : 1 )

Allah swore by the pen to honor it. By the pen the Quran was written, as well as the Holy Books, in addition to the books of education and morals, and other branches of the beneficial knowledge ;
