Turning away from obeying Allah is a part of disbelieving in him

The one who completely turn away from the path of obedience he is considered out of the fold of Islam.However, if he did not apply some of the commandments of Allah he is stil a Muslim.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger. But if you turn away – then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers." }
