Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little."} 

Quran ( 17 : 85 )


It is a public discourse for all people, because their knowledge is limited if the it is compared to the knowledge of Allah. Indeed there is no knowledge that exceeds the knowledge of Allah.
