People are the fuel of the Hell fire

The fire of the world is kindled with wood, while the fire of the Hereafter is kindled with people and stones. This is an evidence of its severe torment because of this kind of fuel.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ But if you do not – and you will never be able to – then fear the Fire, whose fuel is people and stones, prepared for the disbelievers. }
