Knowledge … the wisdom

In the Quran, Allah described the knowledge as wisdom. Allah granted to the Prophet Yahya the knowledge while he was young

Allah the almighty said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ [ Allah ] said, "O John, take the Scripture with determination." And We gave him judgement [while yet] a boy}

Why did Allah swear by the pen?
