And [mention, O Mohmad], when We directed to you a few of the jinn, listening to the Quran. And when they attended it, they said, "Listen attentively." And when it was concluded, they went back to their people as warners.

Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture [i.e., the Jews and Christians] nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord. But Allah selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

​The Byzantines have been defeated."

The Byzantines have been defeated[1]In the nearest land.[1] But they, after their defeat, will overcomeWithin three to nine years. To Allah belongs the command [i.e., decree] before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice
