Sek the protection of Allah against the Devil who is your manifest enemy

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." }

Quran ( 23 : 97 – 98 )

Supplicating Allah is the way out of distress

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { Call upon your Lord in humility and privately; indeed, He does not like transgressors. And cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation. And invoke Him in fear and aspiration. Indeed, the mercy of Allah is near to the doers of good. } Quran ( 7 : 55 - 56 )

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { But among them is he who says, "Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire." Those will have a share of what they have earned, and Allah is swift in account. } Quran ( 2 : 201 - 202 )
