The verse: "And the Messenger has said, “O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur'an as a thing abandoned.” " [Al-Furqan: 30]

One of the most painful verses...
where the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, complains to his Lord... about us.
"O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur'an as a thing abandoned."
He did not say, "they disbelieved in it..." but, "have abandoned it."
Do you read it? Yes.
But when was the last time you cried over a verse?
Or have prostrated in gratitude at a promise?
Or felt your heart tremble at a warning?
Abandoning the Qur'an is not only leaving the Mushaf on the shelf...
It's forsaking it in your life.
Return to it...even if it's for just one verse a day.
One verse only...with your voice, with your heart, with you being present.
The Qur'an does not reject those who turn to it,
and it does not knock on a heart without leaving an impact on it.
Don’t be one of those who doubt...
Be rather one of those who return.
