Good character…

Good character… is not just found in the language of religion…
It is the language of humanity.

You may not know everything about faith…
But you probably know the meaning of mercy, kindness, and forgiveness.

To remain silent before you inflict harm upon anyone.

To listen before you judge.

To smile when someone is about to get angry.

The Quran reminds us:

“And [recall] when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, [enjoining upon them], ‘Worship none but Allah; and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, and the needy. And speak good words to people and establish prayer and give zakah.’ Then you turned away, except a few of you, while you were were refusing.” (Al-Baqarah 2:83)

Beautiful words…
Gentle actions…
And a heart that does not wound.

The world today is full of clamorous shouting…
But the soul is in need of tranquility. Every small act of kindness, every smile, every compassionate word…
Leaves an unseen mark, yet builds bridges between hearts.

So be a kind influence…
Even if the world seems harsh,
you will find that kindness is returned to you many times over."
