{ She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?" He said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter [already] decreed.' "}
When Mary wondered how will she be pregnant whereas no man touched her? She received the answer from Allah Almighty; it was challenging, it is easy for Allah to create Jesus without a father since he created Adam with no father or mother. As well he created Eve from a father without a mother. Therefore, he can easily create Jesus from a mother without a father.
Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :
