God ( Allah ) supports those who believe in him

God ( Allah ) created people to worship Him. If they believed in him, he will be their ally. Moreover, if people fought the believers, God ( Allah ) will support them over their enemy.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :

{ But if they turn away - then know that Allah is your protector. Excellent is the protector, and Excellent is the helper. }
